This isnt aimed at any one person or couple but why is it so easy for some people to fall in love online? Is it out of loniness or just looking desperately for someone who will give you that feeling. It just seems to happen really fast online where people are telling their cyberlove how they are their whole life and mean so much to them etc. Most r/t couples dont even talk like that.
I understand friendship online with people you love and even infatuation in a way but do people with online loves really think that person is "it"?
just curious cus spring is here again and seems everywhere i go people are telling their online loves how much they love and adore them.

Hasnt this been covered like a million times?..*L*
I think its because people get lonely..Or are unhappy with real life situations...I also think that a "cyberlover"..says all the right things at the right times...You dont have real life issues with them..dont pay bills with them..dont take care of kids with them...No stress....which is attractive to anyone..
Im not saying either that i think its wrong..I just think you need to see it for what it is..and actually alot of the times it a royal pain in the ass to be "involved" with anyone from the net..but yanno..thats just my opinion..

I know its been covered to death but i guess that's why i get confused now when i see it, cus i think after being online for so long people wont get involved. Anyhow it was a reaction to seeing some of the boards that are all "i love you so much" for every thread.
my passive aggressive way of saying *gag*

It's a couople of reason's. First Cyber Relationship's is a fantasy. People spend so much time with this person on line that they get this idea in there head of what that person is really like. Then when they meet in person it blow's up in there face. And 2 with as busy as people are thies day's it's simpler to get on line and find someone rather than to go out and find that right person. Now whatever the reason is to that person, online relationship's for the most part don't work. If you watch there in love than after awhile there out of love, and in love with someone else. It's a continuous cycle. And what get's me is they wonder why it keep's happening. You will just have to get used to it cause cyber relationship's are here to stay. It's not a fad. It's just simply people want to live out that perfect someone fantasy.

I ended up here out of curosity. I have met several people from the net. FOAD being one of them. We are of course broke up now. But i dont regret the relationship. I only have had one online relationship i suppose..one that never went to real time. It was fun and we are still the best of friends. It sometimes fills a need in our lives. But i wont ever have a online one again..not romantically..its just not enough i suppose. Some ppl can be happy with it..but not me *L..i met some very good ppl here..that are also real time friends now..Taylor..and chloe will be here next week..i wouldnt trade that for anything..I say that i love ppl here..mostly my girlfriends..*S..cuz i dont think that is a bad thing..i love all my friends..cyber or not.. *giggles at Macy* J's infatuations are so cute btw.
Back to the subject though, I dont like the boards that are nothing but mush, they make even me *gag*, and looking at heidi's post, I've learned my lesson...from now on, no more cyber love UNLESS he's willing to pay my bills!
I'm so not going into my personal details, this chicky has learned her lesson *S*
